How to reduce weight? Please if we weren't so dumb and lazy we would all be fit on normal circumstances. But what makes as fat? or chubby is some sort. Is it because of metabolism, diet, lack of sleep, or destiny? No! its your thinking that makes you fat.
If you really want to be as slim as you neighbor, or schoolmate. Then just follow this very simple but takes responsible steps for responsible persons.
1. Never miss a meal in the morning, lunch and dinner.
2. Breakfast must be a full meal, lunch and dinner will be a half meal.
3. Lite Snacks is allowed only every 3:00 PM.
4. If you haven't sleep for a minimum of 8 hrs last night, don't sleep anytime during the day.
5. Do only morning lite exercises with counting only up to eight. Constantly every day. Don't your self too hard.
6. Don't hold parts of your body you think is enlarging.
7. Avoid drinking cold liquids
8. During your sleep, avoid body contact to cold air
